Solution Focused Brief Therapy
Solution Focused Brief Therapy mobilizes individual's internal and external strengths to quickly get an individual back on track.
Cognitive Behavioral Therapy
Looking at the way our thoughts and beliefs may be linked to our moods, behavior, physical experiences and to the events in our lives is the focus of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for Anxiety and/or Depression.
Dialectical Behavior Therapy
Dialectical Behavior Therapy is offered to consumers with a severe trauma who exhibit a persistent pattern of self-injuring and life-threatening behaviors. A series of skill building groups are offered to assist in learning to tolerate distress/reality acceptance skills, regulate extreme emotion, and to increase problem solving effectiveness.
